Return Policy

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging preferred but not required
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective

How to Return

  1. Contact us at Get in Touch with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll provide you with a return authorization and instructions
  3. Package the tapestry securely to prevent damage during transit
  4. Ship to the address provided in your return instructions
  5. Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your tapestry arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Include photos of the damage
  • We'll arrange a free return and replacement at no cost to you
