We want you to love your tapestry. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Return Policy
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging preferred but not required
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective
How to Return
- Contact us at Get in Touch with your order number and reason for return
- We'll provide you with a return authorization and instructions
- Package the tapestry securely to prevent damage during transit
- Ship to the address provided in your return instructions
- Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your tapestry arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Include photos of the damage
- We'll arrange a free return and replacement at no cost to you
